Welcome to Bisque Tennis Club! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, including the purchase of tickets and merchandise, and participation in our events. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
1.1. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
1.2. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Event Terms & Conditions
2.1. Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old to attend our events.
2.2. Respect & Conduct – All attendees must respect fellow players, staff, and the venue. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in removal from the event without a refund.
2.3. Dress Code – Participants must wear appropriate sportswear, including comfortable trainers with non-marking soles.
2.4. Liability & Participation – Participation in our events is at your own risk. While we have events liability insurance, Bisque is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages unless caused by negligence on our part.
2.5. Cancellations & No-Shows – If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. Refunds will only be issued if canceled at least 24 hours before the event.
2.6. Event Changes – We reserve the right to change event details, including time, date, and venue. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.
3. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
3.1. Tickets can be refunded up to 24 hours before the event date. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3.2. If an event is canceled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. If rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
3.3. You must provide accurate contact details when purchasing tickets to ensure you receive event updates.
3.4. Bisque Tennis Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
4. Merchandise Sales & Returns
4.1. All merchandise sales are subject to availability.
4.2. Prices are listed in [GBP] and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
4.3. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
4.4. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
4.5. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
5.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control.
5.3. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped. If an item is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping provider.
6. Event Liability Insurance
6.1. Bisque Tennis Club has events liability insurance in place to cover unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a safe and protected experience for attendees.
6.2. Our insurance covers public liability during our events, but attendees participate at their own risk.
6.3. Bisque Tennis Club is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages unless caused by negligence on our part.
7. Payment & Security
7.1. We accept Apple pay, PayPal. All transactions are securely processed.
7.2. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
7.3. In case of unauthorized transactions, please contact your bank or card provider immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Bisque Tennis Club and may not be used without permission.
8.2. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Bisque Tennis Club is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

By using our website, purchasing tickets or merchandise, and attending our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We hold events in Battersea, Fulham, and Westway Sports Centre. We’re also looking to expand to North London soon. Stay tuned for updates!
Signing up is simple. Just select an event from the events page, complete your checkout, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

All levels are welcome at Bisque Tennis Club. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced player, there's a place for you to enjoy the game.
Yes you'll need both. We recommend non-marking shoes, but any trainers will do. We also have spare rackets available if you don’t have your own, just message us here and we’ll get you sorted.
We do not offer refunds, but you’re welcome to sell your ticket if your plans change. Just let us know if you transfer your spot so we can update our records.

If an event is cancelled due to bad weather, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. We’ll either reschedule the event or offer a refund or credit. If it rains while an event is happening, we'll make a call on the day. We’ll keep you updated via email or our socials, so be sure to check for any changes before you head out.
